IWC Recovery Journal

2024 Recovery Journal Releasing in September!

A Brief Message from the Author:

There are many incredible workbooks available for individuals in recovery from any mental health condition. The wealth of information and the in-depth work that can be done in those workbooks is amazing. In addition to those tools, I felt it was important to have a resource available that could supplement those workbooks that would allow for processing, healing, and growth at any stage of someone’s recovery journey, at any state of regulation or dysregulation, and in any clinical or nonclinical setting. I wanted this resource to meet individuals exactly where they are at and to create freedom in how much information was shared, to work at a pace that is best for each individual uniquely, and could be utilized from a place of recovery maintenance or seeking recovery. Not only can individuals work at any pace they feel is best for them, but they can work through the workbook in any order that they wish to complete activities. This is their tool to make it what they need it to be.

Though the information included throughout the workbook is rooted in therapeutic approaches and evidence-based approaches, the core foundation of this workbook is grace, self-compassion, forgiveness of self and/or others, growth, and healing. Wherever you are at on your journey, we hope that you find this resource to be a helpful support to you and encourages you to know (and feel) that you are not alone on your journey.

I am so proud of you for being here. Now, let’s get to growing and healing together.

This Book Includes:

  • Various recovery journaling modalities.

  • Recovery worksheets that promote learning, growth, and healing.

  • Games and activities to bring joy to your recovery journey.
